1 | Ninjas Essentials
Daily numeracy warm‑ups for Years 3–9 (ages 7–14). Developed to be suitable for most Year 7 students (ages 11-12)
- What it is – A bank of 200 bite‑sized Skill Checks delivered through PDF Skill Books plus formative assessments that plug core mental‑maths gaps in just 5 minutes a day
- How it works – Pupils practise specific skills across several spaced sessions, then tackle mixed‑skill drills that strengthen long‑term recall

2 | Ninjas Plus
Next‑level fluency for Years 6–11 (ages 10–16). Designed to build off Ninjas Essentials when that is secure, typically years 8-10 (ages 12-15)
- What it is – Six progressive books in each of three progressive programmes- Bronze > Silver > Gold. Each programme introduces 50 extra skills: powers, prime factors, ratios, algebra basics and more
- How it works – Weekly Skill Checks with achievement stickers and certificates and answer slides for rapid feedback
- Ideal for – Stretching students once Ninjas Essentials is secure, for challenging ambitious learners, maths clubs or catch‑up interventions
3 | Samurai Sums
Free online games for ages 7–16
- What it is – Browser‑based mini‑games where pupils race through rapid‑fire calculations against the clock or compete to beat the AI or other human players in strategy-based games that develop mathematical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Brain science baked in – Spaced practice, low‑stakes retrieval and instant diagnostic feedback—disguised as play
